Review: Kiehl's clearly corrective white purifying foaming cleanser

Hey… everyone! This is the first product review on my blog! yay!!!! and thought of updating you guys with the cleanser I'm currently using :)

Well my review product for today is from my Kiehl’s haul! It is the first step of the regimen i.e. the cleanser.

So here goes my review on clearly corrective white purifying foaming cleanser…

Product Claims:

Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective White Purifying Foaming Cleanser is Clinically-Demonstrated to help Reverse Noticeable Skin Discoloration and help Restore Hydration Levels for an Overall Improvement in Skin Clarity.
Our purifying, highly effective foam cleanser removes skin-surface impurities without stripping, for a noticeably brighter complexion. Formulated with a potent complex of White Birch and Peony Extracts, this clarifying cleanser works as part of the Clearly Corrective regimen to help visibly diminish persistent dark spots and discoloration, while illuminating the appearance of skin. 

With daily, continuous use of Clearly Corrective White formulas, complexion is visibly brighter, more even and luminous with a noticeable improvement in clarity. 

Directions:
Apply a small amount to clean fingertips and gently massage into facial areas in upward, circular motions, avoiding the immediate eye area. Rinse thoroughly or remove with a damp washcloth. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse them immediately with water.

MY EXPERIENCE ON KIEHLS CLEARLY CORRECTIVE WHITE PURIFYING FOAMING CLEANSER:

Well this for sure is a great buy for me. I love the feel of the cleanser on my skin; it is so creamy and luxurious. In terms of cleansing, it does a great job too. But I’m not sure if it will remove your make up completely (But I think it more or less it will). I don’t apply makeup, it’s just pollution and sunscreen at the end of the day, and I can say that this does clean my skin well. It leaves my skin really very soft and fresh. No stretchy feel at all. In fact my skin feels hydrated!

I use this cleanser twice a day as suggested, as in terms of brightening I cannot really comment on that as I don’t feel any face wash can brighten your skin! But yes my skin is definitely clean, a little brightened (but temporary) and really soft! :-D

Two main ingredients found in the cleanser are White Birch and Peony Extract. White Birch helps to reduce photo-aging and restores hydration to skin and Peony Extract helps protect against free radical oxidative damage and helps to slow down the production of melanin.

Packaging:

The product comes in a plastic squeezable tube that goes back to its form every usage :) Its design is very minimalist with just silver linings and with all the product information printed on it. The tube packaging makes it very hygienic and travel friendly.

T his cleanser has quite a noticeable scent – a blend of white birch and peony extract, which I am not a fan of but doesn’t bothers me much as it washes right off and the smell doesn’t linger.

I’m in love with its texture! The cleanser has a consistency of an airy, semi-thick white paste which has a pearlescent shine. You require very less quantity as it spreads very nicely, this tube shall last me for at least 5 months for sure!

Ok let’s sum up with the Pro’s and Con’s:

PRO’s of Kiehl’s clearly corrective white purifying cleanser:

•      Super nice creamy texture
•          Spreads amazingly on your face (So less quantity required)
•          No harmful Ingredients (Parabens, SLS, Fragrances, colorants)
•          Leaves skin feeling hydrated, clean and soft
•          Hygienic tube packaging
•          Contains peony and Birch extract
•     Dermatologically tested

CON’s of Kiehl’s clearly corrective white purifying cleanser:

• Pricey

Repurchase/Recommendation:

I would recommend this product to everybody who is looking for a great, hydrating cleanserJ. This will suit all skin types :-D

Yes I would want to repurchase another tube, but this will take time to get over J

Oh! And for those with sensitive skin problems, not to worry as this contains No Silicones, No Parabens, No Fragrance, No Colorants and No Optical Diffusers!
